How can I redeem a discount code?
To redeem a discount code, add the desired products to your shopping cart and start the checkout process. Go to the order summary or to the bottom of the page and enter the code in the "Discount code" field. Then click "Redeem" and the discount will automatically be applied to the total amount.
Are there minimum order values for the discounts?
Some of our discount promotions are tied to a minimum order value. You can always find this information in the details of the respective promotion. If no minimum order value is specified, you can apply the discount to any order.
Do the discounts also apply to products that are already reduced?
Discount codes cannot usually be combined with products that are already discounted. If a promotion allows this, we will expressly point this out.
Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple discount codes in one order. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
