These products are returns from our customers. The 2nd choice products are strictly checked before being sold again and are only offered if they are in perfect condition.

Can I return the order?
We attach great importance to your satisfaction. For this reason, we offer you the opportunity to test our bedding in peace. If our products do not meet your expectations, you can easily return them within 30 days. We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns. However, you will receive a voucher worth €10 for your next order if you return the item.

How long does the delivery take?
We usually ship your order within 3-5 business days. You can find the estimated delivery time for each item in the respective descriptions. These may vary due to availability. You will receive the exact delivery time including a tracking link with the shipping confirmation.
Why do I receive an order in different deliveries?
Since we work with many different suppliers and want to ensure the fastest possible delivery, we send the products directly from the manufacturer to you. As a result, you may receive the orders in different deliveries. In this case, you will receive separate confirmations and tracking links.
To which countries does LuxeCosy deliver?
At the moment we only deliver to one delivery address within Germany and Austria. Other countries are being planned.

What can I do if the package arrives damaged?
