Our bedding is handcrafted in Germany. Our fitted sheets and mattress protectors are made in an Austrian manufactory.

Suitability depends on the individual product, its materials and your particular allergy. We therefore cannot make a blanket statement about the entire range.

Each product has specific care instructions, which you can find on its product page or care label. For more detailed advice on selected products, see our guides to washing a down duvet and washing a down pillow.

Our second-choice products come from customer returns and may already have been used. We check their condition before offering them for sale again. We do not wash or professionally clean these products.

The original packaging may be missing. Please read the condition description in the individual listing and follow the product-specific care instructions.

Yes. If our products do not meet your expectations, you can return them free of charge within 30 days.

Yes. You can return items free of charge within 30 days of receiving them.

You can request a return through your customer account or by email. We will then send you a return label.

Yes. You can also return our second-choice products free of charge within 30 days.

Yes, of course. You can try our products at home at your leisure. We want you to experience our bedding as you would use it later: in your own bed. This takes the place of touching and trying the products in a shop. If you are still not satisfied, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.

The shipping charges that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. You can also see there whether your delivery is free of charge.

You can find the estimated delivery time on the relevant product page. It may vary depending on the item and the options selected, as we make many of our bedding products to order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so that you can follow its progress.

We ship our bedding directly from the respective production site. If your order contains items from different manufactories, they may arrive in separate parcels.

You will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking links for each shipment.

Our delivery countries include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You can check during checkout whether delivery to your specific address is available.

For a delivery address in Switzerland, please also check the available shipping options at checkout. If you cannot select your address, please contact us at info@luxecosy.com.

Select your bedding and the options you need, then add the items to your cart. Click “Check out”, enter your delivery details and choose one of the available payment methods.

Check your details and complete your purchase. If you have any questions, our team can help via chat or by email at info@luxecosy.com.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number at info@luxecosy.com or via chat.

We will check whether your request can still be accommodated based on the processing and shipping status, and get back to you. Information about your right of withdrawal is available in our cancellation policy.

Please send your order number and the complete new delivery address to info@luxecosy.com as soon as possible, or contact us via chat.

We will check whether the address can still be changed before dispatch and confirm the outcome. After dispatch, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible.

If your delivery arrives damaged, photos of the packaging and, where applicable, the affected item help us look into the issue.

Please contact us with your order number and a brief description at info@luxecosy.com. We will take care of your enquiry and discuss the next steps with you.

Enter your code in the “Discount code” field at checkout and apply it. On mobile devices, you may need to open the order summary first.

Before completing your purchase, check that the discount has been applied. Please note the terms and conditions of the code.
