Frequently asked Questions

What are 2nd choice products?

Second-choice products are items that may have minor cosmetic flaws but are not impaired in function or quality. They are often customer returns that have already been tested or briefly used. These products may show slight signs of use, minimal weaving defects, colour variations or small irregularities in the seams. Because they do not meet the high aesthetic standards of first-choice products, they are offered at a reduced price – with full sleeping comfort.

Can I test second-choice products risk-free?

Of course, you can test our second-choice products for 30 days and return them free of charge if you don't like our duvet.
